So weight wise - 2011 wasn't the best year

I only lost 23 kilos - and over the past month have put 3 back on.

But, my clothes fit better, and I am getting fitter.  I have a great bunch of people to walk with, and we do 4+ km each day, at least 4 times a week. 


Now to get my head back into the right space - cut back on drinking and substitute some cold water.  I can do this!
