Ah - bugger.

This week so far I have walked 12 km.  I have also moved countless boxes about 20m at a time (all weigh between 5 - 10km).  I'm disappointed.


12 months ago, I would be stoked. Today, its not enough.  It's great cross training to a degree, but its just not enough (who knew I would ever say that).  Back to walking Monday :)

Facebook Challenge

In Jan, I started an FB challenge.

I recieved 183 likes, and a few additional extras - meaning I'm rounding it to a 200km.


I'm making my start date Feb 1 - and hoping to complete it by April 30.  Wish me luck!

So weight wise - 2011 wasn't the best year

I only lost 23 kilos - and over the past month have put 3 back on.

But, my clothes fit better, and I am getting fitter.  I have a great bunch of people to walk with, and we do 4+ km each day, at least 4 times a week. 


Now to get my head back into the right space - cut back on drinking and substitute some cold water.  I can do this!
