Day One

Well food was good.  Still a bit hungry, but with sick children, not a lot of choices!

I am using Calorie King (calorieking.com.au) to track my eating and exercise.  A tad time consuming, but worth it.

I was over in water consumption but way under in calories, and need a tad more exercise.  Its all the tweaking.

Oh, and alcohol free.

A good day all up!
